Which system do I need?
That depends on your power needs. For personal use (phone, laptop), the Pro Air (154Wh) is sufficient. For professional use or heavier equipment, choose the Pro Air 2.0 (308Wh) or Pro Classic (259Wh). What's the difference between the Pro Air, Pro Classic and Pro Air 2.0?
Pro Air (€499): 154Wh, 300W, 4.3 kg — most compact and lightweight.<br>Pro Classic (€899): 259Wh, 300W, 6.0 kg — larger battery capacity.<br>Pro Air 2.0 (€1,099): 308Wh, 500W, 6.0 kg — most powerful, IP67 waterproof, fully repairable.
What's the difference between the Solar Trailer and Solar Container?
The Solar Trailer is a mobile unit on wheels, ideal for project sites and events. The Solar Containers (20ft and 40ft) are fixed units suitable for permanent off-grid infrastructure, telecom, or micro-grids.
What's the difference between LiFePO4 and NMC batteries?
LiFePO4 (Pro Air & Pro Air 2.0): safer, longer lifespan (3000+ cycles), thermally stable. NMC (Pro Classic): higher energy density, 2000+ cycles. Both are premium lithium-ion technology.

Use & Charging
Are the systems usable when cloudy?
Yes. The built-in battery stores energy, so you also have power on cloudy days. The solar panel also works in cloudy conditions, although yield is lower. The systems are also rechargeable via a wall outlet.
How long does charging take?
Pro Air: 7 solar hours via built-in panel, 1.5 hours via grid power.<br>Pro Classic: 16 solar hours, 2.5 hours via grid power.<br>Pro Air 2.0: 7 solar hours, approx. 2 hours via grid power.<br>With additional solar panels (60W or 100W), charging times are significantly reduced.
Can I also rent the systems?

What is pass-through charging?
Pass-through charging means you can connect and use devices while the system is simultaneously being charged (e.g. via solar). The generated solar power can be used directly.
Which devices can I connect?
Anything up to the maximum power (300W for Pro Air/Classic, 500W for Pro Air 2.0): laptops, phones, tablets, coolers, TVs, sound systems, lighting, slow cookers, medical equipment, and more. Check your device's wattage.

How long is the warranty?
All our products come with 2-year warranty. The Pro Air 2.0 is also fully repairable — parts are available separately for a longer lifespan. See our <a href="/pages/garantie" style="color:var(--color-yellow);font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline">warranty page</a> for details.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €50. For international deliveries, you'll receive a quote on request. See our <a href="/pages/verzending" style="color:var(--color-yellow);font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline">shipping page</a>.
How can I return a product?
You have a 14-day return period. Email info@mobisun.com with your order number. See our <a href="/pages/retourneren" style="color:var(--color-yellow);font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline">returns page</a> for the full process.
Can I request a quote for bulk orders?
Yes! For orders from 5 units, dealership, or B2B projects, you can <a href="/pages/offerte" style="color:var(--color-yellow);font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline">request a quote</a>. We respond within 1 business day.
