1 Return window and return period

You have a 30-day return window starting the day after you receive your order. Within this period you may return the product without giving a reason. This goes beyond the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies in the EU.

Notify us within the return window by emailing <a href="mailto:support@mobisun.com" style="color:var(--color-yellow);font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline">support@mobisun.com</a> with your order number. Then ship the product back within 14 days of this notification.

2 Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. In practice, we usually do this within 1-2 business days. The refund is made via the same payment method you used to pay (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Any shipping costs for the original shipment are refunded, with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us.

3 Damaged or incorrect delivery

Did your package arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at <a href="mailto:support@mobisun.com" style="color:var(--color-yellow);font-weight:600;text-decoration:underline">support@mobisun.com</a> with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll send a free return label immediately and replace the product at no cost.

4 Warranty alongside this return policy

In addition to your right of withdrawal, we offer a 2-year warranty on all Mobisun products, in line with and on top of the statutory conformity expectations. The Pro Air 2.0 is also 100% repairable — components can be replaced modularly, which extends the lifespan and reduces the ecological footprint.

How long do I have to return a product? +

May I briefly test a power station? +

Yes, a brief test to establish that it works is allowed — similar to what you may do in a physical store. The product must still be in original condition when returned, with no signs of use or damage.

Who pays for return shipping? +

For a regular return (you changed your mind) you pay for return shipping yourself. For a defective product, an incorrect delivery or a warranty claim, you'll receive a free return label from us.

Can I return a B2B system? +

Custom and B2B systems such as Solar Trailer and Container systems fall under a separate B2B agreement with different terms and are excluded from the regular right of withdrawal.
